As a Direct Primary Care clinic, we do not accept traditional insurance but rather offer monthly memberships with wholesale labs and discounted medications. Patients are not required to have a membership to be seen in our clinic. At Northern Pines Wellness, we do not accept insurance directly, as we've chosen to focus on providing personalized, high-quality care without the constraints insurance can sometimes impose. We do accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Primary Care & Urgent/Same Day Care:
Membership Pricing (Unlimited Visits):

*3-month commitment, billed monthly on auto-pay. Members must provide a 30-day notice to cancel their membership. All membership fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits on any unused portion of the membership. Members are responsible for the final payment covering the 30-day notice period, regardless of whether they utilize the services during this time.

Men's Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Functional Medicine Pricing:
Initial Wellness Assessment: $550 (one-time charge) for an in-depth intake (2+ hours in duration)
- During the initial visit, we will review your personal health information, family history, ask questions to gain valuable insight into your concerns, and physical exam (if in-person).This visit is the first step to uncovering the clues to the root cause(s) of your concerns. We will discuss personalized functional medicine lab testing (if indicated), which allows us to dig deeper and uncover key data points regarding your health. Specialty labs usually take about 4-5 weeks to complete. A plan, with action items, will be created for you and sent to you (via Hint Health) after our visit together. Educational material on topics appropriate to your case, will also be sent electronically.
- After the initial wellness assessment, you (the patient) can choose the model of care that meets your needs (A la Carte versus Functional Medicine Membership versus Complete Care Membership). The second visit (lab review) usually takes place about 4-5 weeks after the initial visit (or whenever labs return). Please refer to the table below for comparison of different options:

- We are able to order the full spectrum of labs which we offer to you at our wholesale cost (we have thousands of labs that we are able to order, the above are only provided as examples as they are some of the most commonly ordered labs).
- At this time, blood draws can be scheduled at a Quest draw site (either in Fridley, MN or Edina, MN). We are hoping to eventually be able to offer on-site blood draws for our patients when we hire more staff.
- While we offer and can order the full spectrum of labs, patients are free to use any lab of their choice or may get labs done though their primary care clinic for potential insurance coverage. We are not responsible for any lab/test fees that insurance may not cover and will not be held liable by the patient or the laboratory. Specialty lab testing (example: GI Map, DUTCH, OAT are usually out-of-pocket expenses.
